Dr. Suhag's (INDIA) journey into homeopathy began in 2000 while she was pursuing her B.Sc. at PU Chandigarh. Witnessing her mother's positive response to homeopathic treatment for asthma, after conventional medicine offered no permanent solution, deeply influenced her. This experience ignited her passion to become a homeopathic doctor, recognizing its effectiveness and lack of side effects.

Dr. Suhag (INDIA) sought out the National Institute of Homeopathy (N.I.H.) in Calcutta, renowned as one of the finest institutions in the field, and successfully gained admission. During her time at N.I.H., she further solidified her belief in homeopathy's profound ability to heal chronic conditions with minimal intervention, addressing the root cause rather than just alleviating symptoms. Her practical experience at N.I.H. was extensive, encompassing the treatment of numerous acute and chronic cases, participation in drug provings, and service in rural and slum health camps and the institute's outpatient departments.

Following her BHMS, Dr. Suhag's (INDIA) expertise was further honed during her tenure as a house physician at Chandigarh Homeopathic College and Hospital, where she gained valuable experience in managing acute conditions.

Her career then led her to a unique opportunity as a homeopathic medical officer at a government allopathic hospital in Gurgaon, India. Initially, she encountered skepticism towards homeopathy from her allopathic colleagues, reflected in the low patient turnout in the homeopathy outpatient department. However, as patients experienced the benefits of homeopathic treatment, word spread, and increasingly, individuals sought her care specifically. This shift in patient demand gradually fostered belief in homeopathy among the hospital's other medical professionals. A pivotal moment occurred when the hospital administrator, initially doubtful but willing to try anything for his son's persistent fever and subsequent skin issues, witnessed a remarkable recovery after Dr. Suhag administered a single dose of Cinchona 200C. This experience transformed the administrator into a strong advocate for homeopathy, leading to numerous referrals to Dr. Suhag (INDIA)

As the positive outcomes of homeopathy became evident, specialists from other departments began referring patients with a range of conditions, leucoderma, scabies, alopecia, psoriasis, and acne; and the physiatrist sent patients with depression, bedwetting, somnambulism, ADHD, Autism, and insomnia. Recognizing the interconnectedness of mind and body in healing, Dr. Suhag (INDIA) also pursued studies in Yoga and Preksha Meditation, integrating yoga tips into her practice to further support her patients, particularly those with psychiatric concerns.

Starting with single-digit daily attendance, Dr. Suhag's (INDIA) outpatient department flourished, eventually serving over 30 patients daily, drawn by the effectiveness of homeopathy in treating ailments such as asthma, sinusitis, colds, allergies, fever, menstrual problems, leucorrhoea, PCOD, irritability, epilepsy, migraine, skin allergies, joint pain, and various childhood problems like teething, bedwetting, and sleepwalking.

Understanding that a lack of awareness had initially limited the integration of homeopathy within the hospital, Dr. Suhag (INDIA) furthered her education by earning an MBA in Health Care and Hospital Administration, complemented by studies in Medicinal Plants. This strategic move aimed to equip her with the knowledge and skills necessary to promote the benefits of homeopathy to a wider audience.
